Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor and evaluate team performance, providing actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement country-specific strategies, marketing plans, and business development initiatives in alignment with overall company objectives
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies and procedures within the assigned country
  • Oversee and manage legal functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Manage daily office operations, administrative tasks, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth functionality
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts for new hires nationwide
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Drive business development efforts to expand the company’s market presence and achieve growth objectives
  • Conduct market research and stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and local industry developments to ensure the company remains competitive within the country
  • Work seamlessly with other departments and regional teams to align objectives and drive the success of company initiatives within the country

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, or a related role within the financial services industry
  • Proven success in driving business growth and aligning initiatives with company goals
  • Expertise in sales methodologies, market analysis, and strategic planning
  • Skilled in cross-departmental collaboration to share best practices and foster cooperation
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards within the country of operation
  • Proficient in performance analysis, data-driven decision-making, and reporting
  • Experienced in managing office operations and administrative tasks
  • Capable of tracking market trends and analyzing competitor activities
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills, fostering a positive work environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Adaptive to changing market trends and company needs
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, along with proficiency in Vietnamese
