HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the HR department and business units, fostering effective communication and relationship-building
  • Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention, and more to ensure effective integration specialists in the company
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Translate company culture and values
  • Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers
  • Conduct performance management activities, including performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in collaboration with management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company
  • Experience in implementing HR processes and procedures
  • Experience with HR metrics
  • Experience with HR policy guidance
  • Experience with HR standards and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Proactivity, analytical, goal oriented, openness, self-education, business orientation, trustworthiness, empathy and time management skills
