Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with leads through channels like cold calling to promote our products and onboard new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering support with our platforms and products
- Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets by effectively promoting our product and encouraging trading activity
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions, account opening procedures, and handling KYC verification documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues in customer support, marketing, and operations to streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of the team and the firm
Requirements
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English and Hindi
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
