Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies, aligning plans with company objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Lead and manage the team by recruiting, training, and mentoring specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement
- Drive performance management by setting and monitoring targets, providing coaching, and tracking key performance metrics to ensure the team meets and exceeds goals
- Optimize processes by analyzing current workflows and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Deliver strategic reports with actionable insights on performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategy
- Stay ahead of market trends by maintaining industry knowledge to adapt strategies and stay competitive
- Represent specialists to leadership by presenting performance data and insights to senior management
- Resolve clients issues by ensuring smooth communication and building lasting client relationships through effective problem-solving
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in strategy development, team management, and performance optimization
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent data analysis and process improvement skills, with the ability to implement new best practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to present performance data to senior leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and KPIs
