Responsibilities
- Regularly scheduling and executing system and application updates to ensure optimal performance, security, and compatibility across all platforms
- Efficiently managing and triaging support tickets, ensuring that all requests are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
- Prioritizing tasks based on urgency, impact, and available resources, while consistently communicating updates and progress to end users
- Offering comprehensive technical support to users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Overseeing the procurement of IT equipment, ensuring that purchases align with budget, requirements, and company standards
- Conducting regular audits of hardware and software to verify compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations, ensuring proper inventory management and usage tracking
Requirements

1+ year of commercial experience as System Administrator (MacOS)

Experience with Mattermost and Slack
- Knowledge of backup systems
- Knowledge of antivirus software
- Knowledge of network diagnostic programs
- Proficiency in mail software
- Experience in maintaining office equipment and providing user support
- Knowledge of network security concepts, including configuring firewalls, setting up VPNs, and implementing intrusion detection systems
